Term and Conditions
For the comfort and relaxation of all staying at ‘On The Esplanade’ we ask that tenants be aware of keeping noise levels, T.V. & music at a moderate level. Should tenants create excessive noise they will be asked to vacate the premises at which time there will be on refund given.
- Apartments available from 2.00pm or 3pm. Arrival details will be discussed with tenant when booking is made. Departure 10am or 11.00am (10am departure during January or where necessary- this will be discussed with tenant).
- Maximum number of people in apartment is 4, no additional people allowed. If breached Tenants will be required to vacate premises- no refund will be given.
- Apartments are professionally cleaned, but we ask that they be left clean and tidy on departure. If dishes are in dishwasher, please turn on dishwasher before departure.
- Please report any breakages or damages to owner, replacement cost will be discussed with tenant.
- Not dogs or other pets allowed.
- Tenants are responsible for all their personal effects.
- We reserve the right where necessary to cancel any booking, this would only be done through extreme necessity, all bookings may be subject to change prior to commencement of the booking. If there becomes a situation where a booking cancellation occurs unavoidably, arrangements for rebooking will be made to the best of our ability to source other accommodation or accommodation service.
- Lost key replacement is $30.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN UNITS! Provision for smokers is situated on balcony outside with ceramic sand pots for butts.
